Art in the Woods: Event Template

Join us at Triple R Oasis for Art in the Woods, a three day art & craft retreat. Art in the Woods allows you to “choose your own adventure”;  whether painting, drawing, scrapbooking, creating pottery, jewelry making, reading, writing or sewing, bring the art or craft you love to do. There will be classes available and an onsite store with limited art supplies if you are just getting started or want to learn something new. Nestled in the Western North Carolina mountains, Triple R Oasis affords you the opportunity to commune with nature, see the fall colors and to enjoy both crisp mornings and a sky full of stars.

The retreat begins Thursday at 3:00pm and ends Sunday at 11am. Registration fee is $125 per day and includes lodging, meals, small gifts, a class taught by professional art instructors, your own space for creating during the weekend, and use of non-consumable tools.

We want our events to be accessible for everyone and we can offer reduced rates based on special circumstances. Additionally, you’ll receive a discount for you and a friend when you refer them to the event. Contact us for more information.

We plan to have 2 meals per day – brunch between 11am-noon and dinner at 6pm. Around that there will be plenty of snackable food and continental breakfast items available. Drinks will also be available. Please let us know if you have any special diet restrictions so we can see if we can accommodate.

This long weekend includes beautiful views, arts & crafts, games, and connection! The Toe River is less than a mile from the Retreat Center and there is plenty of hiking opportunities available on our 30 acres or in surrounding parks. We are within a short drive to Asheville, Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Mount Mitchell, the highest peak on the East Coast. There’s plenty of adventure around if you decide to explore!
